| We are a non -profit organization founded in 1991. Our goal is to promote, protect and guarantee the exercise of the rights for people with disabilities who have been abandoned. Our beneficiaries are children, adolescents and adults including people who are blind, deaf, mute, and mobility impaired. We also serve those who require tracheotomies, oxygen and gastric tube feeding. Our population also faces many other health problems associated with their chronic state, physical and mental vulnerability. |
